Special Contest
In this CNIC PhDay edition, we would like to know about your work in the laboratory in a new video contest. For that participants will present 1-3 minutes videos about their thesis work, a novel technique used in their labs, or any science-related matter. Originality is valued!
Participants will send their videos to our email: cnicphday@gmail.com and we will publish them on our Social Media accounts (Instagram, Facebook). Deadline is November 15th 2019 (included).
Videos will be evaluated according to votes in social media (likes, favs…) and a committee designed by the organizers. We will look for creative, engaging and inspiring videos. The best 4 videos will have the chance to be performed on stage the day of the event… and win a prize!!
Videos should last about 2-3 minutes (maximum of 5 min) and they have to be in horizontal format. You must have full the images rights of the people who appear in the video and copyrights of the submitted material including sound effects and music if used. All those creations whose contents include violent, sexist, or racist scenes, or that violate the fundamental human rights will be rejected. Participation in the Special Contest 2019 implies authorization to publish them videos in CNIC PhDay communication media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) crediting the copyright owners. Consequently, CNIC does not assume any liability for the breach of any legal requierements that are collected in this legal disclaimer”.
